Returns and exchanges
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days from delivery to return the product and get a refund (minus a small fee).
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- All Sales Final on anything that has been customized (unless an error on my part). Please double check the spelling and any customizations before you submit your order.
shipping
All orders ship in 1 – 2 weeks (typically less). Tracking numbers will be provided when items are ready to ship. USPS is my preferred shipping method but sometimes UPS or FedEx is used.
